The Landings is a private condominium association of 56 lakefront condominium homes located on the southeast shore of Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City, Michigan.  The association property faces W-SW across the lake and benefits from full sunshine throughout the day and spectacular sunsets in the evening.

Condominiums are the property type of choice for many homebuyers who are opting for a low-maintenance lifestyle. With these properties, the upkeep of the shared amenities such as the pool, gym, and tennis courts is taken care of, along with the building’s exterior maintenance and the landscaping of the grounds. The Landings condos can be two or three bedrooms (some have a loft), overlooking Lake Charlevoix, and can be an upper or lower unit. Upper units have vaulted ceilings and command top dollar while lower-level units offer direct access to the beach.

Prices start around $250,000 and can go into the mid $400,000's for varying sizes of condos. The dues at The Landings are fairly reasonable and the association is well managed and the amenities are spectacular.

Morel mushroom hunters from around the country come in search of these gourmet delicacies.  Other great attractions include Boyne Mountain with two championship golf courses, Avalanche Bay – Michigan’s largest indoor waterpark, 60 downhill ski runs, Deer Lake, tubing, and fantastic cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails.  The Boyne Falls community also hosts the Polish Festival every year on the first full weekend in August.

The Charlevoix Intermediate School District (Char-Em ISD) is responsible for students in the Boyne City area. Char-Em ISD serves local school districts within Charlevoix, Emmet, and northern Antrim counties.  The districts within their service area cover approximately 1,100 square miles and collectively operate 11 local public schools, three public school academies, and six private schools, serving more than 9,000 students. Boyne City Public Schools offer the following schools:
